⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ⚠️
📅 Tuesday, October 14, 2025
All 10th-grade students at Lanett High School will take the PreACT assessment on Tuesday, October 14.
🕗 Please make sure your child is present and on time, as testing will begin at the start of the school day.
💡 Helpful Reminders:
✅ Encourage your student to get plenty of rest the night before.
🥣 A good breakfast is highly recommended!
✏️ Students may bring a #2 pencil and a calculator only.
🚫 No other items are permitted in the testing rooms.
📵 Digital Devices Are Strictly Prohibited
This includes cell phones, smartwatches, MP3 players, cameras, or any other device capable of recording or transmitting information.
Students must store all digital devices in their lockers or turn them in to the principal’s office before testing begins.
If a student is found in possession of a device — even if it’s turned off — the device will be confiscated, the test invalidated, and disciplinary action may follow.

Soccer Moms: Grab your oversized sunglasses, track pants, messy buns, and Stanley cups

The Human Body Functions & Structures class took their learning beyond the classroom and into the library last week! 🏃♂️➡️📖
They were diving into anatomical planes ✍️🫀 and needed some extra space to stretch out and explore the concepts hands-on.
👩🏫 Led by Mrs. Watson, MSN, BSN, AGACNP-BC, these students are gaining real-world knowledge and making learning come alive! 💡🧬
